AF Nepal is seeking two qualified and experienced MEAL Associates to support and strengthen project-specific MEAL systems. The MEAL Associates will contribute to results-based monitoring, data collection and management, data quality assurance, analysis, reporting, accountability, learning, and evidence generation across AF Nepal’s projects. They will work closely with project teams to ensure quality data and evidence are systematically generated, documented, and used to inform decision-making, program improvement, accountability, and organizational learning.

Required Qualifications and Experience
The MEAL Associate may be assigned other reasonable duties and responsibilities by the supervisor or senior management in accordance with AF Nepal's organizational priorities and program needs.
