Job Description

WWF Nepal is seeking a qualified VAT-registered organization to

conduct a baseline assessment and develop a participatory Zero Food Waste

Action Plan for the hospitality sector in the buffer zone of Chitwan National

apply WWF's Hotel Kitchen Tool and other relevant approaches, and co-design

practical solutions to reduce food waste and strengthen sustainable waste

management in an ecologically sensitive conservation landscape.

The consultancy includes literature review, research design, field

surveys, key informant interviews, data analysis, preparation of a baseline

engagement of at least 10 homestays and 12 hotels/restaurants to pledge

participation in a pilot zero food waste initiative. The final deliverables

include a baseline assessment report, a comprehensive Zero Food Waste Action Plan,

and documentation of participating hospitality establishments.
