📋 Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
• Manage product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, digital marketing teams, and external agencies
• Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness (ROI, KPIs)
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in an FMCG company
• Strong understanding of brand management and market dynamics
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in digital marketing and campaign tools
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
