📋 Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate service recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle servicing
• Prepare job cards, cost estimates, and service reports
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication
• Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
• Maintain records of service history and customer interactions

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
•  Freshers Mechanichal Engineering can apply
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle diagnostics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
