Account Officer

📋 Job Description

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation
• Handle daily accounting transactions, including receivables and payables
• Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, VAT, and TDS regulations
• Calculate and file VAT returns, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-control opportunities

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of Nepal’s Income Tax Act, VAT regulations, and TDS
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
