Job Summary

The Business Head will lead and manage the overall business performance for a 3-wheeler automobile line within a manufacturing environment. This role is for an experienced professional who will drive sales, operations alignment, and customer satisfaction while ensuring targets are met under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end business results for the 3-wheeler automobile segment, including sales performance, customer retention, and market execution.

Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure production plans, timelines, and product readiness meet business demand.

Plan and execute business strategies covering dealer/channel management, promotions, and demand generation activities.

Monitor key commercial metrics (orders, dispatches, inventory movement, collections, and warranty/returns trends) and take corrective actions.

Oversee pricing, quotation, and proposal support in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders to protect margins.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations across sales, service coordination, and after-sales processes.

Build and manage a disciplined reporting cadence for weekly/monthly performance reviews, forecasts, and action plans.
