We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated, result-oriented Civil Overseer / Sub-Engineer with hands-on expertise in road construction projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Site Supervision: Direct and monitor daily on-site road construction activities to ensure execution aligns with engineering drawings and project plans.

Resource Management: Manage field labor, coordinate machinery, and track raw material consumption efficiently to avoid project delays.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials, soil work, paving, and drainage installations adhere strictly to technical specifications and quality standards.

Safety Protocols

Implement and enforce strict site safety guidelines for work crews and visitors.

Progress Reporting: Prepare daily site activity logs, material stock reports, and regular progress updates for project managers.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience specifically in Road Construction projects.

Technical Skills: Sound understanding of site layout, measurement techniques, quality control, and safety standard operating procedures.

Mobility

Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler for site transit.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, clear communication, and effective problem-solving skills under field conditions.
