Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, quotations, and rental-related coordination.
• Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate equipment pickup, return, inspection, cleaning, and packing.
• Ensure rental equipment is properly tested and ready for use.
• Maintain accurate inventory, stock, booking, and customer records.
• Update rental software and internal systems with relevant information.
• Coordinate with technical teams regarding equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Follow company SOPs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
