Accountant

📋 Job Description

• Maintain and update financial records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and manage daily accounting transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and assist in monthly and yearly closing.
• Ensure compliance with Nepalese tax laws, VAT regulations, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and reporting.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
• Assist during internal and external audits when required.

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Accountant (preferably in a trading or manufacturing company).
• Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP, or similar accounting software.
• Good understanding of VAT, taxation, and regulatory compliance in Nepal.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Ability to manage financial records accurately and meet deadlines.
