Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

📋 Job Description

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and budgeting process.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Supervise trade finance operations including LCs, bank guarantees, and other instruments.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Oversee supply chain finance and cost control in trading operations.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

✅ Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, and CMA (preferred).
• Semi-qualified CA candidates may also apply.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance and accounts, and the trading or distribution business is preferred.
• Strong experience in handling audits, banking coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of trade finance instruments and working capital management.
• Excellent financial analysis and commercial understanding.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
