Warehouse Officer

📋 Job Description

• Supervise and manage overall warehouse operations and staff activities
• Ensure proper segregation and dispatch of products as per order requirements
• Coordinate with the Sales team for order processing and fulfillment
• Plan and monitor loading, unloading, and labeling (stickering) activities
• Prepare daily operational reports (loading/unloading)
• Generate product ageing reports and monitor stock movement
• Maintain reports on damaged, expired, and near-expiry products
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and ensure system alignment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Implement and monitor BIN card system effectively
• Ensure compliance with FMFO (First Manufacture First Out) principles
• Handle market returns related to damaged or expired goods
• Identify discrepancies and report non-compliance with SOPs
• Support overall warehouse efficiency and perform additional assigned tasks

✅ Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: +2 (Intermediate) or Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of FIFO/FMFO, BIN cards, and stock control practices
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred)
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving ability with team supervision experience
