📋 Job Description

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable and cost-effective suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
• Ensure procurement activities meet quality standards in coordination with the Quality team
• Align purchasing plans with inventory levels and production schedules
• Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and customs agents for smooth procurement processes
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain discipline, compliance, and operational efficiency within the department

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a leadership role
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing skills
• Good knowledge of import procedures, customs clearance, and documentation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
