Call for Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Officer

Established in 1992, ANSAB is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to biodiversity conservation and livelihood improvement in Nepal. The organization places community empowerment and economic incentives at the heart of its approach and generates knowledge and evidence through applied research and innovation.

ANSAB implements a wide range of programs related to farm- and forest-based resources with the goal of promoting rich biodiversity and prosperous communities. To ensure that its programs, policies, and institutional practices are equitable, inclusive, and gender-transformative, ANSAB is committed to systematically integrating Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) across its organizational systems and throughout the project cycle.

ANSAB invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Officer, based at its Central Office in Kathmandu.

The GESI Officer will play a key role in strengthening the integration of GESI perspectives at both institutional and programmatic levels. The position will contribute to organizational policy development, capacity building, impact documentation, knowledge product development, and the mainstreaming of GESI principles across ANSAB's strategies, programs, and projects.
