📋 Job Description

• Handle warranty claim processing as per company policies
• Inspect and verify vehicle issues for warranty eligibility
• Coordinate with service team and technical department
• Maintain proper documentation of warranty claims and reports
• Communicate with clients regarding warranty procedures and updates
• Monitor and track warranty cases to ensure timely resolution
• Prepare reports related to warranty claims and service performance

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of automobile systems and servicing
• Ability to handle documentation and reporting efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
