๐ Job Description
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in assembly processes.
- Conduct inspections and testing of materials and finished products.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and documentation.
- Perform internal quality audits and support external audits.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain proper records.
โ Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in automotive quality control or assembly plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of QC tools (7 QC tools, root cause analysis, etc.).
- Familiarity with inspection instruments and measurement tools.
- Understanding of audit systems and quality standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
