Job Description

Nepal Leathers Craft is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Online Sales Executive (Female) to manage online sales operations, respond to customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, the company website, and other online platforms.

Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and customization details.

Receive, confirm, and process customer orders.

Prepare quotations and invoices when required.

Record confirmed orders in Excel or the company's order management system.

Verify customer details, payment status, and delivery information.

Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Track shipments and update customers on their order status.

Resolve customer concerns related to deliveries and orders.

Coordinate with the production team by sharing complete order specifications, including product type, quantity, color, size, customization requirements, and delivery deadlines.

Follow up on production progress and keep customers informed.

Monitor inventory levels and notify customers about stock availability and restocking schedules.

Assist in updating product listings, pricing, and promotional offers.

Prepare daily and weekly sales and order reports, including inquiries, orders received, deliveries, pending orders, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Prior experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, or Daraz is an advantage.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Good time management and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
