Job Summary:

The Medical Officer provides medical care to patients by diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatment, and promoting preventive healthcare. The role ensures quality patient care while following medical standards and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose patients.

• Prescribe medicines and treatment plans.

• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.

• Provide emergency medical care when required.

• Monitor patients' progress and follow up on treatment.

• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.

• Maintain accurate patient medical records.

• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles.

• Work closely with nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and medical ethics.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized university.

• Valid registration with the Medical Council.

• Completion of internship.

Experience

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of clinical experience.
