Job Summary

The E-commerce & Marketplace Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of online stores and third-party marketplaces. The role involves product listing management, order processing, inventory updates, customer support, promotional campaign execution, and performance monitoring to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.

• Ensure product information, pricing, descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with the warehouse or inventory team.

• Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, and marketplace messaging platforms.

• Monitor marketplace performance metrics, customer ratings, and reviews.

• Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.

• Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports using e-commerce platforms and Excel.

• Identify and report issues related to product listings, order processing, or website functionality.

• Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams for new product launches.

• Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and seller performance standards.

• Assist in competitor price monitoring and market research.

• Support digital merchandising activities to improve product visibility and conversions.

• Perform other e-commerce-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
