Junior Admin Officer

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1-year prior experience in administration, plant operations coordination, or a related generalist role, ideally in a manufacturing/steel plant seating

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, comfortable working rights on a rotational basis

Working knowledge of MS officer, exposure to ISO documentation and compliance processes is a plus

Ability to multitask across administration, safety, and facility management responsibilities

PREFERENCE

Male candidates is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor production areas (Rolling Mill, SMS, CCM, TMT, Dispatch), coordinate vehicle entry/exit and resolve day-to-day operational and interdepartmental issues

Ensure smooth shift handover between day and night teams; equally track overtime, gate passes, training, and safety/emergency protocols across both shifts

Draft memos, notices, and official correspondence; liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders and the corporate officer

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admin reports; Support meeting coordination, presentations, and maintain an event calendar with recorded minutes

Manage manpower records, onboarding, ID cards biometric registration, SSF forms, outsourced manpower gate-pass coordination, and performance evaluation documentation

Coordinate training programs, skill assessments, ISO documentation/compliance tracking

Track company vehicles, machinery, and equipment usage; maintain History Cards, conduct RCA for breakdowns, and manage preventive maintenance

Oversee canteen operations and cost control, and manage employee accommodation, hotel bookings, and gayest facilities

Support policy implementation, audits, and compliance verification across all clusters
