About Blind Youth Association Nepal (BYAN)

Blind Youth Association Nepal (BYAN) is a national, membership-based organization led by persons with visual disabilities. BYAN works to promote the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of children and youth with disabilities through advocacy, capacity strengthening, research, policy engagement, and inclusive development programmes. BYAN collaborates with government agencies, Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), civil society organizations, development partners, and other stakeholders to advance disability-inclusive policies and practices across Nepal.

Position Summary

BYAN is seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated Finance Manager to lead the organization’s and Project specific financial management and administrative functions. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, procurement oversight, and financial governance for both organizational and project operations. The position will work closely with the Director, programme teams, donors, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient financial management and compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and the applicable laws of Nepal.
