Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identify target audiences and design effective customer journey maps
  • Plan, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently

Campaign Management

  • Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads)
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding

Content & Branding

  • Oversee content development for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Manage online reputation, engagement, and community interactions

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing team
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external vendors

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Recommend and implement new tools, platforms, and growth strategies

 

Job Specification

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BBS, BBA, BBM, or any related field
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent (preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of campaign optimization techniques and ROI analysis
  • Understanding of SaaS products and their lifecycle
  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools
