Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify target audiences and design effective customer journey maps
- Plan, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets efficiently
Campaign Management
- Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads)
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
Content & Branding
- Oversee content development for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Manage online reputation, engagement, and community interactions
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing team
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external vendors
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Recommend and implement new tools, platforms, and growth strategies
Job Specification
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in BBS, BBA, BBM, or any related field
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent (preferred)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms
- Knowledge of campaign optimization techniques and ROI analysis
- Understanding of SaaS products and their lifecycle
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools
