Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive the development of innovative campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Madhyapur Thimi. The Marketing Manager will oversee planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing strategies, monitoring campaign performance, leading a team, managing budgets, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand goals and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Digital Campaigns, and Brand Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Skills in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Metrics tracking
• Strong ability in Leadership, Team Coordination, and Stakeholder Communication
• Experience in Content Creation, Digital Media Planning, and Copywriting
• Proficiency in Social Media Management, SEO, and Email Marketing
• Ability to work on-site with a collaborative and proactive mindset
