Job Details: Operations Associate is an assistant level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Education

At least Higher Secondary Education (+2) from a recognized institution.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide Merchant Support

Monitoring of Merchant Activities

Provide Agent Support

Monitoring of Agent Activities

Coordination with different entity related to service operation

Monitor Call Centre Operation

Facilitate Customer Verification Support

Monitoring inventory and placing supply orders for the department

Ensuring daily operations of the organization is working smoothly

Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
