Job Details: Sales Associate is an assistant level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Education

At least Higher Secondary Education (+2) from a recognized institution.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist sales team with daily operational and administrative tasks

Assist in verification of KYC requirements

Prepare reports, trackers, and basic sales documentation

Conduct basic due diligence checks as per company and regulatory guidelines

Liaise with internal departments when required

Respond to internal queries related to KYC and sales documentation

Support onboarding processes for new merchants or clients
