Digital Marketing Coordinator (Remote | Full-Time)

At TalentPop, we work with growing eCommerce teams and support their marketing operations through a remote, collaborative setup. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who’s both detail-oriented and curious, someone who can keep things organized while also contributing to creative execution.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage and update website content via Webflow
• Assist in content creation and scheduling
• Track campaign performance and report insights
• Support paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Help plan webinars and online events
• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content quality
• Create UTM links and support tracking
• Assist with HubSpot workflows and automations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of digital marketing experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience with content calendars and campaign execution
• Hands-on or working knowledge of HubSpot workflows
• Comfortable working with marketing tools, systems, and data
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Exposure to AI tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO is a strong plus
• Experience in eCommerce or interest in the space is a plus
