Job Description

KAAD Education is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Officer who can manage digital platforms, create engaging content, and handle basic video editing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our online presence and driving student engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow KAAD Education’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos)
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends and student interests
• Shoot and edit videos for promotional and informational purposes
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels
• Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on insights
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the team to plan marketing campaigns and events
• Assist in lead generation through digital marketing efforts

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation (freshers with strong skills can apply)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Basic skills in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the education/consultancy sector
• Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
