Background: The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is a global humanitarian organization with a mission to work with people in poverty and distress to create just and positive change. It collaborates with all levels of government and civil society, focusing on Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces, with presence in 150+ municipalities across 20 districts.

Required positions: The following four (4) positions are required for the delivery of Institutional Service for Quality Improvement in Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (EmONC) and Sick Newborn Care Units (SNCUs) in Lumbini Province. Position 1

Team Leader (1 Position)

Overall strategic leadership, planning, donor/Government /NHTC coordination, quality oversight, reporting and adaptive management across all phases of Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (EmONC) and Sick Newborn Care Units (SNCUs) programme in Lumbini Province. Periodic field visits for supervision and joint monitoring.

Technical Specialist – Maternal Health (1 Position) consultant

Technical Specialist – Newborn Health (1 Position) consultant

Position 4

Maternal and Newborn Health Technical Officers – Field-Based (2 Positions)
