Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries based on the client customization and business rules to the processed claim data.
• Perform data validation, testing, and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of query results and client deliverables.
• Validate customized logic against business requirements and expected outcomes before deployment.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and provide regular updates.
• Document requirements, query logic, and customization specifications if needed.
• Monitor Production, identify and resolve any production issues encountered in real time.
• Maintain and upgrade in-house tools if needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SQL development, data analysis, data validation, or data operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, and query optimization.
• Experience with data testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Good to Have

• Experience in healthcare claims, payer, or revenue cycle management domains.
• Willingness to learn and implement automation tools in Python, Java.
