Role Description This is a On-Site full-time role for a Junior Architect based in Pokhara. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing design documentation under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day tasks include creating and revising plans and elevations, supporting 3D visualizations, coordinating with engineering staff, and ensuring designs meet regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans and drawings.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD,SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and construction practices is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate in a team environment, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and methods, and take initiative in supporting project delivery.
