We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and result-driven Sales Officers (Inbound Tour & Correspondence) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage tour operations and client correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and negotiate contracts with travel partners, hotels, and suppliers effectively.

Develop, design, and customize tour products for diverse international market segments.

Create bespoke travel packages and itineraries that meet client needs and preferences.

Handle MICE tours (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) independently.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure seamless communication.

Lead, support, and coordinate with the operations and reservations teams.

Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving company sales targets.
