The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of eSewa’s marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth in the assigned region. This role focuses on assisting with promotional campaigns, coordinating branding activities, supporting field marketing operations, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, creative, and capable of working in a dynamic, field-oriented environment.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

6 months–1 year of experience in marketing, brand promotion, field marketing, event coordination, or related roles. Experience in fintech, telecom, FMCG, banking, or digital services will be an advantage.

Job Description

Marketing Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.

Coordinate the distribution and installation of branding materials, promotional merchandise, and marketing collateral.

Support awareness campaigns to promote eSewa’s digital payment services, including utility payments, mobile top-ups, travel bookings, insurance, and other digital solutions.

Help organize customer engagement activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and local promotional events.

Branding & Market Visibility

Ensure proper placement and maintenance of branding materials across partner outlets, merchant locations, and agent networks.

Monitor brand visibility in the assigned region and recommend improvements where necessary.

Support the implementation of local branding initiatives while maintaining eSewa’s brand standards and guidelines.

Field Marketing Operations

Conduct regular market visits to monitor campaign execution and gather customer feedback.

Coordinate with agents, merchants, and business partners during promotional activities.

Assist in executing field activation programs to increase customer acquisition and service awareness.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Customer Support for smooth execution of marketing activities.

Maintain effective communication with vendors, event organizers, printing agencies, and local partners.

Support internal communication regarding ongoing campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and coordination abilities.

Basic knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and promotional activities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Additional Requirements

Valid two-wheeler driving license with willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Strong ownership, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in a field-oriented and target-driven environment when required.
