Job Summary

Sena Skin Care & Cosmetics is looking for a responsible, friendly, and energetic Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service.

• Understand and explain skincare and cosmetic products to customers.

• Handle sales, billing, cash, and digital payments.

• Arrange and maintain products neatly on shelves and displays.

• Check stock levels and inform management about low-stock products.

• Receive, check, and organize new stock.

• Maintain cleanliness and the overall appearance of the store.

• Handle customer inquiries and assist customers with product selection.

• Support day-to-day store operations.

• Ensure the shop is properly managed and maintained during working hours.

• Assist with basic social media activities and customer communication.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, cosmetics, skincare, or retail is preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Friendly, honest, responsible, and hardworking.

• Willingness to learn about skincare and cosmetic products.
