Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve business targets.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives.

Build and maintain strong  and business relationships.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Coordinate with management to drive organizational growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or sales management.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Target-driven with excellent team management abilities.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
