Surgiworld is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Head to lead and execute marketing strategies, drive business growth, and strengthen the company’s presence in the healthcare and medical sector. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and hands-on market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote medical and surgical products
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning activities
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to achieve business targets
- Represent the company in meetings, client visits, and industry events
- Travel as required for business development and client engagement
- Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI
Job Specification
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing
- Prior experience in medical/healthcare marketing will be highly prioritized
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Smart personality with leadership capability
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
