Senior Marketing Executive

Job Description

Surgiworld  is  seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Head to lead and execute marketing strategies, drive business growth, and strengthen the company’s presence in the healthcare and medical sector. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and hands-on market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote medical and surgical products
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning activities
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to achieve business targets
• Represent the company in meetings, client visits, and industry events
• Travel as required for business development and client engagement
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI

Job Specification

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing
• Prior experience in medical/healthcare marketing will be highly prioritized

Salary & Benefits

• NPR 45,000 – 60,000 (Monthly)
