Job Description

We are seeking a creative and idea-driven Marketing Assistant to support the successful launch of a new mobile application and drive user acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, app growth, and executing innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for new app launches
• Develop creative campaign ideas to attract and engage new users
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Support initiatives to increase app downloads and active user base
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, content, influencer collaborations, etc.)
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Prior experience in mobile app promotion or user growth is an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, content marketing)
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
• Good analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of user acquisition and growth strategies
