Reporting to

Hospital Management Committee through the Convener

The Hospital Manager will lead the hospital's non-clinical administration and provide effective management of planning, finance, human resources, procurement, logistics, assets, facilities, compliance, risk management and institutional reporting. The position will support implementation of Hospital Management Committee decisions, coordinate with the Medical Director and relevant stakeholders, strengthen institutional systems and sustainability, and maintain effective relationships with NRCS, government authorities, local governments, donors and partners.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

Strategic and operational management; financial and HR management; procurement and logistics; internal control and compliance; leadership and team development; stakeholder coordination; analytical and reporting skills; integrity, confidentiality and respect for diversity; and proficiency in relevant management-information systems. Strong Nepali and working English are required. Competency in the local language of the duty station is desirable.
