Job Responsibilities (Easy to Learn):

• Interact with customers through the company platform, building strong relationships
• Communicate in Hindi + English (basic level is sufficient)
• Handle simple issues and improve customer experience
• Participate in training to continuously improve communication skills
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive and friendly work environment

 

Job Specification

• High school graduate or above (+2 / A Levels / IB / SLC)
• No prior experience required, basic mobile phone skills sufficient; freshers are welcome
• Basic proficiency in Hindi and English
• Outgoing, patient, and enjoys chatting and communicating
• Responsible, hardworking, and with dedicated towards work
• Good health and able to work consistently

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: NPR 25,000/monthly
• Commission: Performance-based, no income cap
• Training + opportunities for career growth

Working Hours:

• 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekly day off
