We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Officer to join Glaum Group. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue while also ensuring smooth functioning of equipment at client sites. Candidates from non-engineering backgrounds can also apply if they are hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working with machines. Comprehensive training will be provided in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell IVF and laboratory equipment to clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of equipment
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Provide after-sales service and technical support
• Train clinic staff on equipment usage and maintenance
• Coordinate with senior technical teams for advanced issues
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of sales, service visits, and client interactions
• Continuously upgrade product and technical knowledge
