Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers and property owners from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns (Facebook, website, referrals)
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and intent
- Schedule site visits and meetings for sales agents
- Maintain and update CRM data regularly (lead status, follow-ups, notes)
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and push toward conversion
- Clearly explain property details, pricing, and offers to clients
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling
- Maintain daily call reports and performance tracking
