Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive based in Kathmandu. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing plans, and executing strategies to promote the sightseeing bus service. Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and creating communication materials to elevate brand awareness. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, identify target audiences, and gather insights for strategic decision-making
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members effectively
• Previous experience in tourism, transportation, or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
