Panchakanya Group, a leading and trusted name in Nepal’s manufacturing sector, is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the position of Sales Officer in its
Plastic Division (Pipes & Fittings).
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and contractors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field is a must.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in pipes, fittings, or construction materials)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the local market in the assigned area
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driving license (two-wheeler preferred)
