Job Summary

The Hub Intern will support the daily operations of the logistics hub by assisting with parcel handling, data entry, rider coordination, inventory tracking, customer support, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving parcels from the Kathmandu hub and recording them accurately in the system.

• Support the allocation of tasks to delivery agents under the supervision of the Hub In-Charge.

• Help track and reconcile COD collections from delivery agents and prepare them for bank deposit.

• Coordinate with delivery riders and assist in onboarding new riders.

• Help manage communication with the transportation company for return shipments.

• Maintain office documents and records, and ensure basic administrative support for daily hub operations.

• Assist in providing Walk-In Support (WIS) to riders for issues not solvable through online platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
