Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Tigg, you will play a key role in introducing our cloud-based accounting software to businesses across Nepal. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping them see how Tigg can simplify their accounting processes. This role involves a mix of lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, and closing sales. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from the first contact to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in software sales, SaaS products, or IT solutions.
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of the Nepali SME market and local business landscape.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales process.
  • Ability to deliver product demos to non-technical users.
