Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop, expand, and manage distributor and retailer networks
• Increase market penetration and enhance product visibility
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and performance

 

Job Specification

• Proven experience in sales; FMCG sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field sales operations
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior

Additional Requirement (For ASM Role)

• Prior experience in team handling and leadership
• Ability to guide, motivate, and monitor sales team performance
