Sr. Regional Sales Officer

Job Description

Location:

• Birgunj - Area ( Birgunj ,Bardibas ,Sindhuli,Chapur,Sarlahi)
• Dangj - Area ( Dang ,Pyuthan ,Bhaluwang,Salyan ,Rolpa ,Rukum)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and plan sales activities for EV leasing in the Birgunj region.
• Identify large-volume prospects—industries, SMEs, logistics operators, etc.
• Oversee customer onboarding, verification, and lease agreement processes.
• Manage and support Jr. Sales Officers in the region.
• Conduct regional campaigns, awareness programs, and leasing promotions.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
• Maintain strong customer relations for renewals and referrals.
• Ensure regional leasing targets and KPIs are achieved

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales, finance, leasing, or automotive experience.
• Strong negotiation, client management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze market potential and execute regional sales strategies.
• Familiarity with EV technology and leasing models preferred.
