Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting IT products and solutions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients and channel partners to expand business opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct client visits to understand requirements and present suitable IT products and solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and ensure smooth project execution
- Organize and conduct product trainings, demonstrations, and workshops for clients and partners
- Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to support business growth
- Track sales activities, maintain reports, and update CRM systems regularly
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
- Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of IT products and solutions will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development
