Job Description

• Engage with customers to introduce and explain our digital payment solutions.

• Sell prepaid cards to the customers and explain its usability

• Assist new users with setting up and activating their payment cards.

• Provide guidance on how to add funds to cards and ensure smooth transactions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer details, card activations, and transactions.

• Offer excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.

• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures.

• Report daily activities and customer feedback to your manager.

 

Job Specification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge to use mobile applications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or field operations is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tasks.

• Basic knowledge of digital payments and fintech solutions is an advantage.

• Proficiency in using mobile devices or digital systems for record-keeping.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
