Job Description
As a Business Development Officer, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client partnerships, and drive revenue growth for Sparrow SMS.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target industries
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and field visits
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Represent Sparrow SMS at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the Nepali B2B landscape
- Motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Valid two-wheeler license
