Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and qualified In-House Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in a private home setting. The nurse will monitor the patient’s health, administer medications and treatments, assist with daily activities when required, and coordinate with doctors and family members to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate new patient cases and assess service requirements.

• Coordinate and mobilize nursing staff based on patient needs and service requirements.

• Manage staff leave schedules and coordinate replacements to ensure service continuity.

• Provide nursing support when required

• Conduct field visits to monitor service quality and support patients and nursing staff.
